Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing from our store. To ensure service quality, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. Once payment is completed, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this policy.
1. Pre-Purchase Notice
- Please ensure that the color, model, and quantity of your order are correct before checkout. Orders cannot be modified after successful payment.
- This store operates on a "Exchange Only, No Refund" policy. We do not accept any refund requests.
2. 7-Day New Item Exchange Guarantee
If you discover any non-human-caused quality issues with the product upon receipt, please contact customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery to apply for an exchange.
- Application Requirements: You must provide the order number and original purchase receipt/invoice. The item must remain in brand new condition with all original packaging intact.
- Human Damage Determination: Exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged by dropping, staining, self-disassembly, improper use, or any man-made damage.
3. One-Year Limited Warranty Service (Repair First) – Applicable to Electrical Products Only
From the date of purchase, we provide a one-year functional warranty service for your product:

Warranty Process:
- Repair Priority: Upon receiving the faulty item, our team will first inspect and attempt to repair it.
- Replacement Arrangement: If our technicians confirm that the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model.
- Discontinued Model: If the original model has been discontinued and cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of equivalent value.
- Required Documents: A valid purchase receipt or invoice must be provided when requesting warranty service.
- No Refund Policy: The warranty service is limited to repair or replacement only. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Warranty & Exchange Exclusions (Non-Covered Items)
The following situations are not eligible for exchange or the one-year warranty service:
- Human Damage: Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse (such as excessive pulling, water exposure, dropping, collision, or self-modification).
- Normal Wear and Tear: Surface scratches, peeling paint on aluminum alloy parts, discoloration of straps, pilling of fabric, or other natural wear that occurs over time with regular use.
- Missing Proof: Inability to provide a valid purchase receipt or invoice.
- Specific Products: Items clearly marked on the official website as clearance, discounted, add-on, or gift items.
5. Shipping Costs & Inspection Process
- Technical Inspection: After receiving your warranty application, it will take approximately 7–14 business days for inspection, repair assessment, and processing.

Shipping Responsibility:
- If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing quality defect, we will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
- The customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost when sending the item back to our company.
- If the item is determined to be ineligible due to human damage or other non-qualifying reasons, the customer must bear the full cost of both outbound and return shipping.
