Payment & Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Fee Information (Within Hong Kong)

We offer multiple delivery options. Shipping fees are calculated based on the final checkout amount (after deduction of discounts and store credits):

  • Orders of $500 HKD or above: Free shipping to residential or commercial addresses. (Note: Any additional surcharges for remote areas must be borne by the customer.)
  • Orders of $300 HKD or above: Free shipping to SF Express stations or smart lockers for self-pickup.
  • Orders below $300 HKD: A shipping fee of $30 HKD will apply.
  1. In-Store Self-Collection Service
  • Zero Shipping Fee: You are welcome to collect your order in person at our Fo Tan Gift U Idea store. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no shipping fee.
  • Store Details: Please refer to the company information at the bottom of the website for the store address and operating hours.
  • Enquiry Hotline: If you have any questions regarding self-collection arrangements, please feel free to contact us by phone.
  1. No Order Cancellation Accepted
  • Important Notice: To ensure efficient order processing and shipment, once payment is completed, we do not accept any cancellation requests for any reason.
  • Pre-Purchase Verification: Please carefully confirm all product details (color, model, quantity) and delivery information before making payment.
  1. Shipping & Logistics Information
  • Shipping Time: Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation (business days exclude weekends and public holidays).
  • Address Changes: Once payment is successful, product contents and shipping information cannot be modified. If you need to change the delivery appointment after shipment, please contact SF Express directly at (+852) 2730 0273.
  • Delivery Anomalies: Any additional fees caused by incorrect information or failure to collect the package on time (such as SF Express storage fees) shall be borne by the customer. If the package is refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct the round-trip shipping costs before processing any remaining amount.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: PayMe / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Credit Card / PayPal / Alipay.
  • Note: American Express (Amex) is not accepted.
