  • Repair Priority: We provide a one-year limited warranty service for products. The warranty process prioritizes repair. Only if our technicians confirm that the product cannot be repaired will we arrange a replacement with the same model.
  • Warranty with Proof: A valid purchase receipt or invoice must be presented when applying for exchange or warranty service. If the item is determined to be damaged due to human error after inspection, no exchange or free repair will be provided.

4. Order Delivery and Logistics Risk

  • Logistics Options: The Company recommends designated freight providers, but you may also choose other shipping services.
  • Liability Definition: If you choose to arrange your own shipping, please contact the Company in advance. All logistics risks after the goods leave our warehouse shall be borne by the freight company or the customer.
